Alcon acquires Oren Peli's 'Chernobyl Diaries'

Alcon Entertainment has acquired U . s . States and worldwide release rights in Germany, The nation and Japan for Oren Peli's horror-thriller "Chernobyl Journals." The film will probably be released by Warner Bros. via Alcon's output deal on Memorial Day weekend this year. "Chernobyl" is produced by Peli and John Witten ("Dark City") and directed by Kaira Parker. It absolutely was funded and offered worldwide by FilmNation Entertainment.
